We fought the fight
we'll win the war
\but why all this violence
it just closes a door
One door closes
another ajar
but will God lead us
to the clear and the far

a prayer with me
Never forget
those that are gone
and celebrate with the survivors
from dawn to dawn
But always remember
keep their memory alive
